How are the hours tracked?

We track hours based on the actual time spent on tasks by your assigned VA or specialists. You’ll get weekly updates so you always know what’s been done and how much time remains.

What happens if I don’t use all my hours?

Unused hours do not roll over. Most clients stay consistent with their needs, but if you’re underutilizing the plan, we can help assess what to delegate or recommend a better-fitting tier.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time based on your workload and needs. We’ll adjust your billing accordingly at the next cycle. Please reach out when making plan adjustments.

What kind of tasks can my VA handle?

Tasks vary by plan and skillset, but generally include:

How do I submit tasks?

We’ll give you a simple onboarding form, then you’ll submit tasks via email, shared doc, or project tool (depending on your plan). Higher-tier plans include Slack or Asana for more active collaboration.
